You have the option to cancel an order within a 20-minute window after placing it.

To cancel an order, you need to send us a message on our Contact Us page, requesting the cancellation of your order (it's important that you don't forget to send us your order number).

Once your order has been canceled, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. And you will receive your refund within 35 days.
