My experience wearing Rakka Mezkla Black

These sandals are phenomenal! So I seen them and was telling my family about how they look like the kung fu type sandal and HAD to purchase a pair. Very cool style, flexibility, and adjustable straps. The Rakka technology and I am enjoying every step in them. Thank You! Next purchase may be blue.

Disappointed

The back strap is not adjustable. Foot ends up being too far forward in the sandal. Disappointed because the bottom seems comfortable. Over a week since trying to return and have not received a shipping label or any response from customer service.

James, thank you for your feedback. We definitely do not like to hear any disappointment. Will refund your order upon receipt of your return. Re: the heel strap, you are correct that the strap in the back is not adjustable. This is intentional and the Mezkla's imagery shows the heel strap more fwd than the back of the sandal. Re: the return label, please check your spam box, as it was sent the same day you requested it, and at no cost to you. We re-sent the label this morning too. These Kenner sandals are great! Comfortable and stylish, glad I gave Kenner a try over other sandals I've worn with velcro straps in the past...
Definitely recommend!
