Return Policy

At Kenner, your shopping experience and satisfaction are our top priorities. Therefore, we give you 30 days to return your Kenner sandals. If you decide to exchange or return your sandals, here's what you need to know:


Deadline for Return or Exchange: You can return your Kenner sandals for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions: 
To receive a full refund, we do ask that the sandals and their shoebox are returned in perfect condition. If there are signs of the sandals being worn (dirt, scuffs, etc), and/or Kenner shoebox is damaged, Kenner reserves the right to issue only store credit or return the sandals to you at your expense. DO NOT PUT TAPE DIRECTLY ON THE SHOEBOX.

Return Processing: Once received, returns may take up to 10 days to process. If a Refund is to be issued, it will take an additional 2-3 business days to post back to your original payment method from when the Refund is approved. Example: return processing takes 5 days + refund takes 2-3 business days to post = 7-8 days for the refund to post back to your original payment method.

Exchange: If you choose to exchange your sandals, we offer store credit for the value of the items. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and will be emailed to you within 10 days after we receive your sandals.

Return Shipping: Once you initiate a return and a free return shipping label is created, we ask that you send the item back to us within 10 days. The item must be in the original box and in same condition as it was received. DO NOT PUT TAPE DIRECTLY ON THE SHOEBOX. This will cause damage to the box and any refunds will be reduced to store credit or rejected completely. The cost of the first return is on us. Please refer to our return step-by-step for more information.

2-  Enter your order number (your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.) and your email or Zip Code or Phone Number .
